To innovation and digitalisation

We understand innovation as a driver of transformation. Beyond applying technologies and tools, we remain committed to talent, knowledge and problem-solving in a creative and proactive way, promoting alliances and collaboration with all social actors.

Innovation and digital transformation are great allies in addressing the challenges posed by water management in a context of climate change like the current one, which makes us increasingly vulnerable to extreme events such as droughts and floods, as well as water scarcity. We constantly innovate in our water management and in the search for new solutions to optimise operations, protect natural resources and ultimately provide better service to our customers.

Constant innovation and digital commitment for efficient management, the sustainability of water resources and service to citizens

We are convinced that the best formula to create innovative solutions is through public-private collaboration, integrating internal and external talent and joining the efforts of agents, companies, institutions and governments at both local and national levels.

A driver of change

It is essential to develop solutions that protect natural resources and address climate change, driving digital transformation in water management.

Advanced technology and experience

The combination of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and the experience of our team allows us to optimise operations and address the effects of climate change on the management of natural resources.

.

Public-private collaboration

We promote the creation of collaborative ecosystems between universities, research centres, government agencies and companies, strengthening leadership in the complete water cycle and environmental services.

Innovation

Innovation in water management is key to facing challenges and becoming more efficient. By using digital technology, environmental impact is minimized and service is improved. This transforms cities towards sustainability, preparing them for climate change and water scarcity by optimizing processes and customer service. It is a philosophy that integrates talent and creativity to solve problems and foster collaboration.

Digitization projects

Aguas de Murcia is developing an Operational Digitalization Strategic Plan to improve citizen response, ensure sustainable mobility, and increase system resilience through predictive systems. It is implementing mobile devices as 'portable offices' for real-time tasks and failure prediction systems to minimize impacts on citizens and public roads.

The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

Spain's Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan is part of the NextGenerationEU program and aims for a greener, more digital, and inclusive Spain by increasing productivity and potential growth. It is structured around four cross-cutting pillars: ecological transition, digital transformation, gender equality, and social and territorial cohesion, aligned with the EU's strategic agendas and the SDGs.
