Commitment to Integrity and Anti-Corruption Management System (SGAS)

Aguas de Murcia reaffirms its commitment to integrity, transparency and regulatory compliance, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy against bribery and corruption. To guarantee this, it commits to implementing, complying with and maintaining an Anti-Bribery Management System (SGAS), in accordance with current legislation on integrity and the prevention and fight against corruption and bribery.

In this context, Aguas de Murcia has recently approved an Anti-Bribery Policy aligned with the requirements of ISO 37001 standard, as well as with the ethical code and anti-corruption code of conduct.

This framework applies to all people who are part of the organization and, where appropriate, to our third parties (suppliers, collaborators and partners). The Compliance Function (Compliance Officer) oversees the implementation of these guidelines.
