Fees and Requirements for Large Families

According to Real Decreto 1801/95  large families are those with at least three or more children and who meet the other conditions set out in Law 25/71, of June 19 and other current regulations.

The following requirements are essential:

Send the request for the new special rate for large families to Aguas de Murcia by certified mail or take it to our offices in Plaza Circular, number 9 with the following documents:

• Photocopy of  a valid Large Family of the Autonomous Community of Region of Murcia certificate, certifying that the policyholder is registered as a large family.
• Photocopy of the latest receipt of the policy that states the account holder.
• Must be up to date in the payment of the bills for Agua de Murcia.

Causes of Exclusion

The non-accreditation of the requirements for its application.

Having two or more unpaid bills. This exclusion will be immediate and may mean you can not be included until the last tax year.

*A Family is considered to be made up of the applicant, spouse and children living at home, and any other person, related or otherwise, living in the family home.

AGUAS DE MURCIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMPARE ALL SUBMITTED PHOTOCOPIES WITH THE ORIGINALS. NOT PRESENTING THE ORIGINALS WILL LEAD TO A DIRECT AND INMEDIATE EXCLUSION OF ALL APPLICANTS.

THE INCLUSION IN THESE RATES FOR THOSE WHO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE VALID FOR THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR.

Requirements for Access to Pensioners' Rates

To be considered for pensioners' rates the applicant must have a pension as their only source of income, and in no case exceed the amount corresponding to the minimum wage. Those people or households whose total income* exceeds the limit set are excluded.

 

The following requirements are needed:

Send the request form for the new special rate for pensioners to Aguas de Murcia by certified mail or take it to our offices in Plaza Circular No. 9 with the following documents:

• Certificate of INSS or agency, which proves their status as a pensioner and annual amount received.
• Photocopy of the last income tax statement of individuals or Certificate of the State Agency for Tax Administration (AEAT) for not submitting an income tax declaration and Heritage declaration from the last financial year, for those over 18 who are members of the family unit.
• Photocopy of the last receipt paid for the policy name holder.
• Must be up to date in the payment of bills for Aguas de Murcia.

Grounds for exclusion:

• The non-accreditation of the necessary requirements to apply.
• Having two or more unpaid bills. This exclusion will be immediate and may lead to exclusion from the next financial year.

Notes

• Aguas de Murcia reserves the right to compare the submitted photocopies with the original documentation.  Failure to submit the originals  will mean direct and immediate exclusion of the applicants.
• The inclusion in these rates are for those who qualify and will be valid for the current financial  year.
