Request services for new home owners

If you wish to apply for this service, you will need the following documentation:

• DNI/NIF
• Account number for direct debit receipts
• Property deed, lease or purchase contract
• Bulletin of the premises sealed from the counselling industry (Only if the first occupation).
• License of first occupation or final rating.
• Catastral reference

Where the named holder of the deed, purchase contract or lease, does not coincide with the applicant that is supplied water, the appropriate authorization and a photocopy of ID card of both: authorized person and main account holder must be included.

If the premises are hired under a legal entity person, there should be an annexed constitutions deed or power of attorney, and authorization in situations described above.
