Request for Setting up a Direct Debit

If you would like to set up this service, you need to submit the following documents:

• No. of Policy of account and details of the main holder
• No. account for direct debit receipts (20 digits)
• Name, surname and address of account holder that you would like to set up as a direct debit.

Once you have prepared the documentation, you can contract the supply in three different ways:
